“Im a 2nd year student in university. I've picked a course i didnt like because of the employability rate and cause of my parents (huge mistake i know). Now im struggling to study and keep up with assignments. I've even had depression and mental breakdowns because of it. I just cant put my mind into liking the course even when i try and if i dont like the course its very hard for me to learn it. Its already my 2nd year i cant change courses or drop out. What bothers me the most is my parents pay my fees and i just feel so guilty about it. Like my heart breaks everytime i show the fee invoice to my parents. And to think that they're doing all this for someone who's barely passing all the modules. I even failed a module and have to repeat it which means my parents will have to pay extra. My passion is somewhere else but my parents dont support it. I just dont know what to do. I feel so lost and behind in life.”

Idk ur situation clearly but I would say show signs of the passion u follow if u show and prove them again and again that u want this in ur then they will slowly understand u and try to support, for that wtv ur passion start working on it slowly and show only result to ur parents and dont feel guilty for the fees I bet ur parents knew that this much is gonna cost them I undertsnad abt grades too dont stress too much U ARE NOT BEHIND IN LIFE u are correctly where u r supposed to be TRY WHATEVER AND BE AMBITIOUS TOWARDS UR PASSION and DONT GIVE UP YET the minute u will let ur thoughts eat u its jst gonna stop working so stay positive wtv obstacle comes ur way stand firmly
Idk if this will be enough motivate u but dont give up yet pls
I really really hope u achieve ur dreams and live a happy life with ur parents being the happiest
Bye
