it's totally understandable to feel stressed right now i was in your shoes last year, and I promise things will get better. Don't let the pressure of board exams overwhelm you. I was in a similar situation and still managed to score well, despite my circumstances. Coming from a science background, I know how tough it can be, but it's important to make the most of the time you have left. For your study routine, I suggest setting weekly goals. Imagine you're starting at level zero, and aim to be 10% better than you were the previous week. If studying for an hour feels too much, try 45 minutes or focus on completing a topic. Gradually, you'll see improvement trust the process. As you notice your progress, you'll likely find that your emotional state improves, too. Just keep going; things will work out. and jus work for yourself not to prove to anyone but to prove ur own self i hope this is helpful enough toh make you a bit less worried , don't doubt urself be proud of ur self and keep improving and all the best for ur boards i wish the best for you!!

Hi! Please don’t pressurize yourself, kids are the same at every age it reminds me of my board exams and i was in the same position! I did these challenges where I studied till the ice melts and it was a huge bucket of ice! You need to deactivate your insta and power off your phone when you’re studying and i’m sure you have dreams of going to abroad and studying and i know you will do it just stay focused and dedicated
