“I was really good at studies but when I turned 14 , I fell into depression. My mental health is better now but my academics still hasn't recovered. I thought over time that maybe I'm better at other things than academics which is in proof. I'm creative and I win alot of public speaking competitions and get pretty good marks in literature. But so many people especially my family keep telling me I'm so dumb and how I'm gonna build my career when my academics is so down 😭 , I'm confident I can build my career but they keep making me doubt. My career is in a field I'm good at still they keep telling me. And I keep getting worse at studies. How do I improve, my attention span and acceptance that I'm bad at this makes it hard to study.”
