Hey girl. I see you. I understand your feelings. I've been there. Infact I've been there for very long time. I know it hurts but it's hightime to see the truth, accept it and acknowledge the pain behind it. The truth is - you're not actually attached/obsessed with that guy. You're attached to what feelings came when he was with you. The love, the care, the artention, the sweet talks, the romance, mood ... you miss these things rather than that person. And its not wrong. Craving to be loved is a basic human needs. So acknowledge that I crave for love, being loved, being chosen. It's normal. But I want it from a right man, this person wasn't right for me so god/my fate protected me from him. It hurts but I still feel the desire to be loved by him, that's not good for me. And then pray to god/your higher self give me strength to bear this pain and move on to actually meet the right person who can offer me the love I deserve. Pray for patience, hope, trust, protection and Guidance. This is just a phase and you'll get through this with stronger and wiser mind with more lovable heart. You got this girl. Cheer up. 👍

Moving on is a process and let me tell you it is a very difficult and time taking process. You have to let go of the future you imagined with him. You have to let go of the version you thought he'll become. You have to accept who he was when he wss with you and you need to stop checking his social media. Whenever you get the urge to check his social media, stop and tell yourself that you'll check the next day and distract yourself by taking a walk or drinking water or playing game. Repeat the step the next day and soon you'll end a loop of checking up on him and this will lead to less rumination. Been there, done this and it really helped. The sooner you try the better because if he was actually your person, he would have treated you better and never let you go. Also stop engaging in breakup or sad posts.
