If you guys are truly into love thing, So why are you waiting for her IG account to be activated.. I have her friends, just let know her address & meet her in person. I know in person it feel very difficult and weird to talk after this thing you did, but as you said one last chance, So why you are giving on just message. Just meet her in person. Say what U want to say. Tell her your mistake and it was may some difficult time for you to accept her. But after all if she accept U, than congratulations buddy, & if not than atleast U have that satisfaction of giving your 100% on your last chance.
