I wanted to be a content creator but unfortunately ended up taking engineering and thought id do content creation alongside engineering but now I dont have any time at all and im lost

Do it when you learn to manage time better with engineering. But just remember there's no rush it's okay you'll figure it out. If it's your dream you'll definitely end up making time for it. 
But if you aren't able to
You can start small
Try to record maybe just your daily life
Engineering student life and start posting then when your fan base grows you can start posting other stuff and giving content creation more time while engineering!
