Someone once asked...

“I want to start working out, go to the gym, play tennis or something, do yoga, do pilates. Also i really wanna learn painting. But i do not have any money to take classes or to buy equipments or to buy stuff for a healthy diet and i don't even know where to start and how to start. Give me some realistic tips. Please don't say start working out at home or start painting at home. They don't work. Thanks”

hey your query hits hard, cause i can relate to it. and i understand how annoying it is to hear, just start at home. since rn you dont have money you can start saving some or look for some earning opportunities. anything that works out rn can help. about gym tennis yoga pilates and all, id stay starting at home can work if you make it happen. i personally started it. im at a starting phase rn so i just walk around, do some stretches, and beginner pilates by watching yt videos it is all just to get momentum i will try practising some beginner callisthenics which can be done at home. i think you can give it a shot too, it is the most realistic advice rn as we are low on money i am also trying to learn sketching by watching it online you can start with painting too about the sports, i too wanna go out and play tennis but im waiting until i switch cities and earn money about the diet thingyy im worried about it, but im trying to eat everything i can, at home like peanuts, almonds, eggs even if one etc. it really is okayy to start slow and at home once you start you figure it out and even no you do find guidance start with what you have, and i believe you can do it
