Sharpen your skills. Learn to market yourself. Create content on LinkedIn and any other social media. Do public work or put your already done work public. There are many HRs out there scrolling Linkedin to find the right guys. If you have skill you need to market them. Get eye balls first - make your own luck.

Ok real advice .. as someone who searched day and night for some similar opportunities let me be honest ... It entirely depends.. for example if you are in the tech especially CS maybe ..other branches I haven't heard like that...secondly you should have some kind of prior experience for this amount of stipend ... And for that experience you should probably have to do some unpaid internship... Personally I searched for around 20k and understood that I first need some experience..soo I got into an unpaid 6 month internship on a startup with option to extend to around 12 months..the latter 6 months paid (hoping to get around 15k) .. so given in early in my career it's a win for me as I haven't been out of college yet . So that's the answer to the first part of your question...it's entirely subjective to the field of yours and experience or what stage of career you are on .. without projects or experience probably you're going to struggle to get a legitimate one around that stipend... Now since you mentioned indeed , naukri etc .. let me be real most of the stuff in there is fake .. doesn't know about well found though... Personally I would suggest you to have some networking (I got mine through someone I met on a tech event) .. so network around .. follow some hiring managers on LinkedIn .. search for some mid ranged startups around your area (they are the most possible people to hire interns , well established firms are harder to get into) .. cold mail maybe ...work on some personal projects , build experience and let's hope you will be granted your wish!! All the best :)
