Hey so it's very common to not be able to stick to a routine so please don't beat yourself over it, I've faced issues like this as well and I know it hurts. As for advice I guess I can tell you to start small, hardest part about discipline is being consistent and if you make a routine or plan several things at once, you may stick to it for a couple of days but eventually you'll find yourself going back to your old ways, so try smaller changes and not taking heavy steps at once. As for the days you slack from your routine don't get frustrated or ignorant and say you'll try tomorrow, try sticking to it and if you're unable to check one thing out of the day and continue with the rest without fail. As for stuttering problem, try different apps which can help you.
