Break things down to a point where you don't feel overwhelmed. When you see at a hill it feels hard to climb. When you see the next 4 steps it's easy to climb. Break 10 year goals into 1 year goals 1 year goals to 1 month goals 1 month goals into weekly or bi-weekly goals Break them even down to daily goals After every check point you make sure to look at the big picture again and assess if you are in the right direction. Thinking, talking, being stuck or overwhelmed is easy. Actually working is hard. Do the hard part that's what is the difference from an achiever and everyone else.

Hey I’m a 23 year old going through the same I finished my degree, luckily got a job worked for a year and had some visa issues and had to leave country. Moved back to my parents house and now I’m in the same situation as you I don’t know what to do but one thing I have been doing is moving my body that’s the only thing that’s making me stop thinking and feeling overwhelmed. Your not alone in this 😊
