Say no. I know it's hard and im sure you can relate to being raised in a family where you are expected to say yes and be a good child. Start saying no and you'll see their true colors. I promise that no matter how hard it is, they'll talk trash and hate you but you'll see what that kind of boundary setting will do. I speak from experience.
