i think what troubles me is the fact that i will never truly know. There is always going to be something i dont understand and that makes me upset. I always have to keep learning and doing new things or i wont advance as a person

lifelong learning and perpetual growth are honorable goals. they make you more capable and more interesting. there is no guarantee that they lead to fulfillment, however; indeed, the lack of fulfillment can be fundamental to the drive.

to advance as a person, you have to accept that no one truly knows. you can gain fleeting insights and areas of competency, but most of life will always remain a mystery. there's no escaping it, but you can choose to delight in it.
