“I think I'm going through a phase where I'm trying to figure myself out and genuinely work on becoming a better version of myself. Lately, I've been feeling quite disappointed with my academic performance, especially after my recent Maths exam, which went terribly. I know a lot of it was because of my own lack of preparation and procrastination, and I think I'm frustrated with myself because I know I could do better.
Apart from academics, I feel like there's so much I want to do, but I haven't really been making enough time for it. I want to become more disciplined, stop wasting so much time on my phone, exercise regularly, explore my hobbies, get better at dancing, and eventually take professional singing classes.
I'm also a little anxious about the time I have left in Class 10. My farewell is in January, and I really want to make the most of it. I want to participate in the farewell dance, hopefully become Miss Farewell, make memories with my classmates, take pictures, make reels, wear a beautiful saree and just enjoy those last few moments of school. I also want to become more confident, participate in class, answer questions and improve my academic performance before pre-boards.
I think another thing is that I have so many expectations from my future. I want to go to a good college, make new friends, have a bigger social circle, travel, attend concerts, experience new things and become more independent. Sometimes I get so caught up thinking about the person I want to become that I end up feeling overwhelmed because I don't know where to start.
I guess I'm just tired of procrastinating, making plans and not following through. I don't want to keep disappointing myself or look back at this year feeling like I wasted my opportunities. I know I can't change everything overnight, but I really want to start making small changes and become more consistent.
I wouldn't say I'm unhappy with my life. I just feel like there's so much more I want to experience and so many sides of myself I haven't explored yet. I want to end Class 10 on a good note, feel proud of myself and know that I actually tried. ((i know i said alot but if someone could help me it would mean everything.))”

Someone answered with kindness...
I think you are putting too much pressure on yourself for now. Take baby steps first. Do how much you can do but not at the cost of your mental peace and sanity.
And what I also think is that you are picturing yourself into something which seems very much like a social media post (being the best version of yourself, doing like 20 things together, being happy, etc.) but that is not how things will be in real life.
I am not saying that you will not get what you want, i am saying that it will happen but might not happen the way you want it. There will be few rainy days as well, so don't worry about that and don't carry forward the weight of not being able to do that.
For now, prioritize things and work your way forward accordingly. Things will fall into their own place eventually.
