Someone once asked...

“I think I am not okay.I have depression and everything and the cause mainly because of the job market and will I get a job such stuff ik for some people this might not be a very serious issue and personally to me it matters because all the expectations from my parents and stuff and I wanna know how do I actually come out of this issue of depression and anxiety of whether I will have a failure or some kind.”

Someone answered with kindness...

Do you genuinely think looking at things this way is going to solve your problems? I don't think it will. Overthinking and constantly worrying about what might happen won't change your circumstances. What you can do, however, is focus on the things that are within your control. Work diligently, stay consistent, and keep putting in the effort. Whatever time and energy you invest in yourself won't go to waste. Upskill yourself, keep learning, explore new opportunities, and don't stop applying. Even if things don't work out immediately, every bit of knowledge and experience you gain will eventually add up. I understand that the job market is pretty slow right now, and finding the right opportunity can be frustrating. But slow doesn't mean completely dry. Companies are still hiring, people are still finding jobs, and opportunities are still out there. It might take longer than you'd like, and you might face a few rejections along the way, but that doesn't mean you should give up. Just try not to measure your progress against someone else's timeline. Focus on making small, consistent improvements every day. You don't have to figure everything out overnight. Take things one step at a time, keep moving forward, and give yourself some credit for trying. Wishing you the very best. I genuinely hope things work out for you!
