Maybe you’re just in between two chapters of your life. You miss the home you left behind, but you’re still learning how to feel at home in your new life. You haven’t lost your place, you’re just finding where you belong. I hope you find peace.

When I was living in a dorm, there were times where I felt the same way. Adjusting to a new location, and likely lifestyle, can be really difficult. Try to remember that, while it might feel like it, the people at home probably aren't excluding you on purpose. It's just that their lives have continued, same as yours, while you were in the dorm. Maybe try to have a conversation with your family about how you feel. I'd also say try to make the most of living with a dorm. Don't stay in your room all the time! Meet other people that are dorming (especially people in your building), and become close with your roommate if possible. Try to go out (alone or with people) and do lots of activities and attend clubs. I hope things get easier! <3
