“I really want to achieve something,,,, like very badly!!!! I know how to reach it,,,,i have all the required things which helps to achieve my goal,,,,But I always procrastinate and leave the work undone..... I know if I don't do it now it definitely gonna affect me in the future,,,, i know it's consequences,,,,i know every fucking thing,,,,i even know what my problem is buttt ,,,, one thing I don't know is the fuck thing which is stopping to complete my work!!!!! I everyday think of doing many things literally manyyyy,,,,,At the end of the day I end up doing nothing,,,then the regret took over me !!!!! It's been many days i slept without feeling regret,,, regret of not completing my work,, regret for not striking my to do list,,,,my every night thoughts are filled with regret!!!!! Someone answered with kindness...

heyyy soo i guess you are studnt like me too... even i do the same.... so ur not alone gng.... and no worries just rememeber shi happens. also i wuld like to give u a piece of motto of mine which is whatver happens happens for goood.... I think ur are putting too much pressure on yourself to get everything done...... Maybeeee stop focusing on everything you havent done and start focusing on the one thing you can do right now. also live a bit of the moment. you only have one life. take time think abt it and have fun always. but remember procrastination sucks soo dww... i gotcha twin.... alsooo You dont need to figure out the entire problem before taking action....... Just start somewhere even if it's small. And please dont be too hard on yourself..... drink some water and eat good yum yum food and listen to sm music and try to get the work done also find the root cause of ur procratsination , is it phone or sm stuff try to minimize it. here are sm tips which i had saved in my phone when i used to procrastinat. i still do :p Break tasks down: Convert vague goals into specific actions. Instead of "study", write "read two pages". Stop waiting for motivation: Action doesn't always follow motivation. Sometimes motivation follows action. Identify the resistance: Ask yourself, "What exactly makes me avoid starting this task?" Is it fear of failure, perfectionism, overwhelm, or simply not knowing where to begin? alsoo bye twin take care ~S
