In such situations, you can't stay in peace. So you must choose to stand up for yourself. Don't be afraid to call them out, and really ask them if they ever truly wanted you. And whatever they're doing isn't sacrifice- it's their responsibility. 
I would want you to leave house (only if you have financial independence). Or else argue to them. Or just don't tell them anything and do whatever you want. Because you owe them nothing- they owe you everything.
