“I rarely open up, but today, I just can't take it anymore.
My ex—or my partner, I don't even know anymore since he constantly leaves and comes back—reappeared in my life on Friday.
I was finally reaching a point of accepting that he was gone for good. I was ready.
And then everything collapsed.
Since Friday, the emotional roller coaster has started all over again. He speaks to me disrespectfully, blames me for everything, pretends he’s leaving again, and says one thing only to say the exact opposite the next moment...
I am so exhausted that I have zero motivation for anything. I feel deeply broken inside, utterly destroyed.
This morning, I didn't think I'd even be able to get out of bed. I can't stop crying, and I'm struggling to focus.
I am seeing a therapist for emotional dependency, and he has been diagnosed as a Narcissistic Pervert (NP) / Narcissistic Abuser.”

I'm really sorry to hear that. I think that he probably needs more help then you, I would try and find a way to end things with him.
