I'm sure you loved her a lot and want her back. I'm not sure what exactly happened between you both but you have to understand if she left you, then she made up her mind. You can't change her mind. It will hurt for some time, and in the meanwhile try to do more things that you enjoy, it may be sports, watching shows, or learning a new instrument or skill, but try not to sit alone too much.
