Yes, I think it is wrong to just have sex and keep things casual because either time the other person is in that thought that you are serious with them because you are getting intimate and the other reason why it's wrong is that maybe there is a possibility that one of you could get real feelings but other won't as he/she is just for fun with you. But the scenario is different if both are aware that relationship is just for certain requirements.
