Someone once asked...

“I lost my dad 2 years ago. It's festive season in our country, and I miss him even more. I tried a lot, but I'm not able to move on from this grief and guilt. After he died, I've changed a lot. I changed in a good way, but there are a few areas in my life, which I feel has burnt down with him. I really want to change, but I'm having a lot of health issues, that keeps me bed rotten. I don't know what to do.”

Someone answered with kindness...

im truly sorry for your loss, you can take your time, greif is something tht doesnt go away tht easily,be kind on yourself, but dont forget to live your life too,you can always carry pieces of him w ya,you dont have to stay strong always,if u wanna cry,cry theres nothing wrong w expressing your emotions, try to keep yourself busy, get involved in sm physical activity, talk to someone if u can,or not write down your thoughts somewhere,do what makes ya feel at peace, try to be good mentally first,so once your better there youll start getting better physically too, take baby steps, dont stay struckk, you got this, the darkest night shall end,the sun does rise

Hi, i am 26, i lost my mom when i was 7, Even today, i still miss her but what i have realised is grief is the love we pay, so you still love your dad and he will be a part of all the milestones you see in future. Trust me, its okay to cry but just imagine what kind of a person would your dad wanted you to be, be that !! And one more thing, please leave depression . I myself was in depression ever since, but slowly i am also realising, if i be happy and do best things, like going for a walk, or talking to someone, it made me feel that life is indeed beautiful and a part of my mom i see in everyone.
