if he has a girlfriend, you don't pursue him twin. that should be a rule you keep to yourself. if you pursue him and he likes you back and all that while being in a relationship back home, would that not mean he'll cheat on you just as easily as he cheated on his ex? and would you want your bf to be liked by another girl who is secretly plotting on him? no right? just move on! find another guy.

See I am also guy so I wouldn't be able to give perfect answer but will you eat someone's else food thinking that food is looking good no nah( and If you would Go to a therapist girl).
