I like a girl who I know since we were like 3 years old. We both are 19 now. How do I talk to her? We both were in same school but now both are in different college and I’ve not talked to her since 2 years. I don’t know if she likes me or not. I just followed her on Instagram. Okay man, first I think you should totally talk to her first. Don't go and say that you like her durectly, okay. First try to reconnect with her. Talk and try to understand her. Trust me people change in a blink of an eye. Most of the time we don't even realise but we've also changed. And it's okay. You can not blame them because it is absolutely human nature. Some times you may like the change and some times you may not. So first try to communicate properly and build that bond you guys used to have.
You never thought you'd have any chance? You better stop that self rejection. Okay? Don't think low of yourself. I am not telling you to be a selfish person. You know what i mean right?
And if you really want , you should totally do some exercise. Not because you are fraid of what other think. But because you want to. I mean taking care of yourself is important right? 
But don't make it a excuse and say you will talk once you feel much confident about your look. You should send a message noww. Btw did she accept your follow request? If she did, that means she totally remember you.
So, start to talk. Ask how is she now. And try to be genuinely interested. You've got this.
Most importantly, love yourself, take care of yourself. Try to get in shape for your own good not because of others. You can do it mann
