Some people notice but you don't notice that they do. Talking from experience on both sides. You don't seem to have enough reasons to decide to quit, yet. But you will eventually have them. Before that moment comes, try make/find an alternative that has the things you really like from what you are addicted to, but without the triggers that make it an addiction. If possible. Not talking from experience about the last part. I should apply my own advice...

that's really difficult without know what you are addicted to. there are plenty of websites and helplines that you can call. and you like it because it 's addictive! it gives your body happy chemicals. i'm sorry that no one has noticed, but you noticed. if it is something that you do online, there are plenty of ways to sent time limits on your apps, there are apps that will lock you out, or different modes on your phone. If you are addicted to a substance, then you need to quit for your own health, or to save money. it is very easy for any type of addiction to slowly take over your life, especially when you are bored, alone, or feel like no one notices or cares. find different activities or things that you like to do with your time, stay away from places where you might want to buy something . and if you can, talk to a trusted adult about y our concerns . There are plenty of sites where you can talk to someone online for free.

lift up your voice to the Lord because He cares about every fiber in your being. he knit you together before you were even a thought in your parents' minds and he has such a beautiful plan for your life. you are so, so deeply loved!
