“I honestly, feel lost. I feel like life is slowly loosing its meaning and that I have lost all my purpose for it. Lately its been bothering me even more, because of the amount of pressure I have on me right now. Pressure from choosing a course I never liked to please the people around me and prove my worth. From choosing a terrible college because I told myself I didn't deserve any better. And now all of this has been affecting me, and the truth is that its my fault that I have made my life so damn hard, I chose this and now I don't want to do it anymore, I can't keep up with all this anymore. I am loosing myself and everything that I had held onto. There are terrible people around me, who don't care or understand me, but keep pushing me to my very last as I burst into tears. And its all my damn fault, there is no going back from this, going through is the only option, but I am so damn tired. And the worst thing is that I have my parents, my family, and everyone looking at me with so much expectations as I continue to let them down again and again. I can't see them being worried over me every time I keep falling sick and loosing myself. I know that I have to pass through the college phase and only then I can do what I truly want to do. But I am not able to follow through, I am just so damn tired of everything, of pretending I am fine, of doing everything I am told to do and still failing. Will I ever get through this? Will I ever understand what I am meant to do? How do I keep going?”

You will. It won't be easy, but you will get through this. And when you do, you will understand yourself so much better. You just have to know that there is good at the end of the tunnel. Something beautiful is going to happen, maybe not today, and maybe not tomorrow, but soon, and for the rest of your life. You recognize where you're at, and that you're discontent with it. That is the first step. Just keep choosing kindness, community, and love and you will get through it all. It's worth it, I promise. I believe in you, I truly do. You will make it through this, and when you do you'll shine all the brighter.
P.S. Go and watch "It's a Wonderful Life." It is pretty easy to find. Watch it, and learn how to be like George Bailey. You got this
