Someone once asked...

“I have spent my whole life in mental illness, even though it's not whole life i feel like it's my whole life because i barely remember how i was before this all therapy, depression, ocd, adhd etc etc. Always being neglected by parents and being abandoned by them the only place for myself was with my grandpa, and his death killed me too. But fast forward to some years, at uni i met a person who loved me . But i was so confused by the fact that why? And how can even someone like me? But i felt that person was so genuine that i was more afraid to accept that i that person too. And believed if i behave bad or kind of ignore her, she'll forget about me. Now after i regret my behaviour and i regret not saying out loud that i liked her too, but still i don't know how to love , i think I'll never be enough for anyone. At the same time, fear of losing her again is horrifying too. She's leaving in some months, we barely talk, what should i do? I know she thinks i had taken her for granted or wanted her sympathy for me. But I don't know. Just to kill myself atm.”

Someone answered with kindness...

No , just say her man , you so realise about your feelings, so that's like half the work done , all you need to do is lay bare infornt her, your feelings and everything, that's all I can say
