“I have recently joined my first job like first job ever and although initially with the help of a particular senior I was able to Navigate easily but after they left their job it has been hard to understand things and I've made a few mistakes and keep on making mistakes . Everyone especially the management ppl they keep getting irritated the moment I ask any questions to solve my queries meanwhile my co worker who also joined around the same time as me is treated very differently and politely. Even tho my cowork hasn't handled any much tedious asks like me yet they are more valued. I feel the bias yet I can't openly say it”

Express ur feelings that ur not understanding ur job just work hard and show them what ur made up and shut them up and u should openly say it
