Listen, you are scared of the outcome even before you made an attempt. You are fixated that you wanna be the topper, that's a good way of having the spirit to tackle and at the same time be courageous enough to let go of that control in your mind that it must happen the way you thought it should. Universe doesn't work that way. You do whatever you could. Meditate for 10 minutes, practice breathing exercises and read something that inspires you not just motivates you. Motivation takes you to only that far but inspiration keeps on refueling your zeal. Ps: I myself am a topper in my academics and I failed in my math exam hopelessly. Life was dark but I found my spark again and recieved best outgoing student award for overall academics in my Masters. Failing is not the end of life. It's the beginning of a new chapter that opens up a whole new level of life. Be scared and do it anyways.

Hey there, don't let one misstep determine your entire vision when you already have a very, very shining path. Losing a grade or coming second once, so what? You've already proved over and over you're a top student. Use the determination of coming second to push you to score higher the next exam and reclaim your number one spot. Don't worry yourself and take a deep breath, you'll do great as always, put in the effort!

Same I've my exams coming up too༎ຶ‿༎ຶ i totally get what u r feeling Now I've a suggestion... After every unit/chapter you finish , why don't you give yourself 10 minutes? You aren't reading anything or watching, just lay down softly. And let your muscles unclench themselves :') Prioritizing both your health and exams might sound impossible but trust me your brain needs it. You need to breathe :3. Both first and second are great spots, all i can see is how much hardworking you are :3. All the best :)
