“I have a friend and our friendship has been quite complicated. We used to be close, but over time, I've started noticing that I put much more effort into this friendship than she does. I'm usually the one initiating conversations, making plans and trying to make things special. Even when I do something with good intentions, she sometimes criticises it instead of appreciating my efforts. She has also accused me of having an ego and attitude, whereas I often feel that her tone and behaviour are the actual reasons behind our arguments. There have been several incidents where I've felt taken for granted, blamed for things or made to feel like I'm the problem. Sometimes she acts sweet, sends cute stickers or affectionate messages, but that doesn't erase the things that have hurt me. I've finally decided to distance myself, stop chasing conversations, avoid unnecessary arguments and focus on myself. I don't hate her, but I'm tired of expecting the same care and effort that I give. I just want a peaceful friendship where I feel valued, respected and understood.”

First of all, if feel you. Not every friendship are made to be last. We can't really predict which friendship would last for us. But , i think not only frndship any kinda relationship should be a two way effort. If she really values you, like u do she would've heard you. If she cared enough, the thought of you might be hurt or losing you would've terrified her. But , it isn't. So, letting her go is right for you. And, don't worry. Everybody makes mistakes. But , the two people involved both should talk it out and make the effort that's how relationships last. Your everlasting friendship will find you. Have a good life.
