Someone once asked...

“I genuinely don't know what to do right now. Today, my manager told me that he doesn't think this job is the right fit for me, that my improvement hasn't been enough, and that I should start looking for another job. I tried explaining how much I've worked on improving, but he said his decision was final. I wasn't even given specific feedback on what I did wrong, which makes it harder to process. I've been working at this company since February, initially as an intern and then as a trainee. I was hoping to build at least six months of documented work experience before leaving to focus on my biggest goal: getting the Global Korea Scholarship (GKS) for a master's in Business Administration at Korea University. I've put so much into this dream. I've completed additional courses, earned a Korean language certificate, and started preparing for the next steps. I know my engineering background isn't conventional for business studies, so I thought my work experience would help strengthen my application. Now I'm scared that losing this job will hurt my chances. Part of me knows that leaving could give me more time to work on my research paper, prepare my application, and finally spend time with my family instead of coming home exhausted every day. But I never wanted to leave like this. I wanted to leave on my own terms. My options are to ask the company to properly document my employment from July, when I continued working after my internship, or try to stay until January to complete six months of experience. I don't even know how to approach this situation yet. I haven't told my mother the full story. I told her I didn't want to continue working there, and she said I could come home. I'm trying to see this as a possible turning point rather than the end of everything, but I'm terrified. I've built so much of my future around GKS, and the thought of losing that opportunity feels unbearable. I've been constantly feeling like a failure ever since 11th grade, and this just worsened it.”

Could you write a mail with formally asking your manager for giving you a written reason ehat are the area he expected you to grow and what you lack. Try gpt to draft a mail to demand an answer from him. Staying silence when you put your effort is wrong , you must keep someone else who your manager has to be answerable like HR team member or management in Cc while demanding the answer in polite way. Good luck! Hawiting !!!
