With Depression and Anxiety, Meds+Counselling together help. I have been there and understand the mounting pressure which leads to burn outs then despair. If you really want to crack NEET then you need to first address your mental health concerns first. It is going to be difficult to study while feeling down. Talk to a professional first.

I was once a neet aspirant and I totally understand how you're feeling. Our whole system is cooked and honestly it's not right for you to blame yourself. First thing is ask yourself if you really wanna appear for this exam..a)is it out of family and societal expectations that you're preparing? b)Or is it because you're genuinely passionate about it. If it is a) I'd suggest you to start exploring alternate paths and by April start applying to those courses or colleges... If it is b) start slowly..don't get anxious or feel scared about the result..just give your all to the preparation. Prepare a small timetable and study in 25 min slots while taking a break of 10 mins each time. Then slowly increase your study time to 1 hour slots. Bro..it's honestly really great if you're pushing yourself to study even while struggling with your mental health and I'm so so proud of you. Also for neet specifically read ncert thoroughly for bio and solve pyqs(more than enough)go with 4 chapters per week. And physics and chemistry..you could watch one shots of high weightage chapters and solve some pyqs as well as higher order questions. Solve mocktests regularly and most importantly do paper analysis. All the best my dear future Doctor. Bro neet is just a part of life and not your entire life. Lemme tell you neet is not worth ruining your mental and physical health. Give to ten years from now it won't matter at all bro. Stay positive and hopeful
