“I flip between thinking im the strangest, most insane person ever and thinking im fairly normal. i just want to decide if im one or the other because it's annoying. i dont want to hear that everyone is unique, im stranger than any weird people ive met or seen.”

You can infact be strange and normal. The thing is that you can only see in your own mind, which makes you very biased because you know much more about yourself and your brain then you do about anyone else. There's a good chance you're not the average, but also not extremely unique. You probably just haven't encountered other people with the same quirks, or they haven't said them out loud. I did not realize anyone else could have my unique flavour of insanity until I met my best friend and through complete random circumstance discovered we think very very alike.
