The material world is about limits. Time is a fundamental limit which cannot be escaped in this realm. Whatever you do, you cannot do 1,000 other worthwhile things that you could have chosen to do in that time. The longer you live, the more opportunities you have sacrificed. This is inevitable under linear time.

Just let go, accept that it's mathematically impossible to make perfect decisions, and try to make the best you can with this life.
