“I feel like I have entered a time of decadence for me. I peaked a few months ago, where I was perfectly in touch with myself, the world, and those around me. At some point I lost track of that. I used to work out, read, even while in the gym, go out often, study, sleep well, and overall, have a sense of gratitude each passing moment.
Now I spend a large chunk of my time doomscrolling, staying at home, being motionless. I feel like I’m putting on weight too.
What bugs me the most is that the knowledge that lead me to that path of happiness earlier still remains in my head. For some reason, I just can't integrate it. The pattern of thinking I had doesn't flow as easily as it did before. I fall easily into traps of frustration or depression.
Please tell me, how can I regain my peace?”

it's addicting to just sit on your phone doing nothing. i would say to enter a compitition or class or something where you have a commitment to get out and be active somewhere. you could have had too much pressure to live that perfect life. just make everyday feel like something important youre proud of. some days can just be breaks too
