I was in the same situation. No guidance no idea what i was doing and i did what people advised. But according to me you should quit BBA, if it is not your thing. If you really wanted a BBA degree than believe me job market has developed a lot in india, companies nowadays prefer skills more than a degree. Once you get placed none gonna ask you from which college you graduated. So, just believe in youself if you want to restart with some other degree do it you can take another caurse from open or distance learning college plus grab a job in random company for your bread and butter. It is never too late and you might think you are very late at the age of 21 believe me you are not. Also, do a future proof course side by side it could be related to Data analytics, Public speaking, teaching, try to learn coding start with python it will develope your mind. And one more thing if you are also preparing for govt job exams do not give time into this max 2 years. Best of luck. You will win.
