I failed in one subject in my school. I’ve never failed any subject in my lifetime up to here. I don’t know how to tell this to my parents.

Be honest about it, and they won't scold you for it or beat you over the head for it. They will be mad and maybe frustrated, but it's not like they'll hate you so much they'll just disown you, but eventually they're just going to find out, and it's best to let the truth out early
