“I changed my company in June and spent almost 12-15 or even more hours in working I worked all 7 days. when the day came when I wanted to take one day off.
This is what the owner messaged, and he did it in the group, tagging me, just saying, "You know I am the manager," and now I don't know what to do.
I am extremely disappointed with what is happening with our Thumbtack appointments. This is completely unacceptable.
I have told you multiple times that if you cannot properly manage Thumbtack leads and appointments, hire someone who can handle them professionally. Why are we still facing the same problems?
The customer clearly mentioned the appointment time, and someone from our team responded, “Sure.” But nothing was scheduled in our calendar. How can this happen?
We work extremely hard to build our company’s reputation and earn positive customer reviews. It is not easy to get good reviews, but one mistake like this can damage everything we have worked for.
If this customer leaves a negative review because of our mistake, who is going to take responsibility? I need a clear answer.
Let me make one thing very clear. If anyone is unwilling or unable to perform their responsibilities properly, they are free to discuss leaving the company. I am fully capable of managing this business and hiring the right people. That is not a concern for me. What concerns me is the lack of responsibility, communication, and professionalism.
This is my final warning. I will not repeat myself again.
If another incident like this happens, I will make immediate changes to responsibilities and staffing. I cannot allow anyone’s carelessness to damage the reputation of Agni Heating & Cooling.
I expect both of you to take full accountability, identify what went wrong, and make sure every customer appointment is properly confirmed and entered into Housecall Pro.
I am serious about this. I expect results, not excuses. This must never happen again.”

Someone answered with kindness...
tbh I honestly feel that you've been putting so much of yourself into this company, and it's really unfair that your dedication seems to be overlooked when one thing goes wrong. Working 12–15 hours a day, seven days a week, isn't a small thing. You deserve to have your efforts acknowledged too.
my father always told me serve the company which serves you u and please dont put that much effort like 12-15 hours a day is lot u should take care of your self lol
I understand that mistakes happen and responsibilities matter, but that doesn't mean you should have to feel guilty for wanting just one day to rest. You're human too, and you deserve time for yourself.
and fuck that boss of yours dont let a idiot like that question ur effort and i wanna punch that i 100% think that the boss of urs looks like a ham .
dw much lol and chill and eat!!
have a nice day!
