“I can't sit and study, it's getting very difficult for me even though i have a deadline till 11th November because then on 12th November, my teacher will ask me questions and if i don't answer to her she will take away my phone, and it's a very important exam for me still i can't study for it maybe I've givena few attempts to it didn't cleared idk what's the reason but i am not able to sit and study for long hours.”

I mean u yourself answered ur problem
Ur phone . Scrolling phone doesn't take much efforts and that basically makes u feel that studying takes too much efforts so u feel that u don't want to study . Try putting ur devices away that way u could regain ur focus . Also try doing something else which u like to do , maybe any hobby u have
