i understand you i have been there a lot ask yourself why you can't express your true feelings if it is because you are afraid people might judge or leave you then i would ask you not to care about them and do whatever feels right in your chest be expressive sooner or later you will find yourself amongst people who accepts you just the way you are and not believing in yourself is just the lack of discipline put this in your mind if you can't do it then who can? god is ultimately within ourselves we are a part of this universe we are born from stardust and fragments that later turned organic we are all one so if you can't do it then the universe can't do it so do whatever you need to do even if you feel demotivated or even if you don't believe yourself
