Someone once asked...
Someone answered with kindness...
Hey, actually, first, congratulations for breaking up with him because he is an absolute asshole and girl, yeah, he doesn’t love you if he says all the stuff, the person who loves you wouldn’t wouldn’t like point out all the things inside you and wouldn’t like say that you are because of him, and these thoughts. There are just revolving around your brain because it feels like he implanted them. So try to break those cycle of words revolving around the around your head, and also you have told that you feel like you, you don’t know about yourself. I would suggest you to journal journal in a sense for you can start with writing all your favourite things like a to Z everything which you like in any category and then you can take some random pins from Pinterest and write about that. Try to explore yourself okay girl and I might be really younger than you. I don’t know, but if it’s okay, you can reach out to me in by this Gmail. [email protected]
Wandering voices — answers no one has read yet
Another soul answered...
Girl no. How could you even let their stupid voices turn into your own?? Let me tell you. No one can ever measure someone’s worth, call them mean things and get to act superior. You cannot think like what if they’re right or maybe I’m the problem here. That’s just gonna get you down even more. I understand how HARD it is to be positive, confident in ourselves that others opinions and words don’t matter. I struggle so much with it too. And right now, you don’t have to completely become positive suddenly and act like their words didn’t hurt. Acknowledge your feelings. It’s okay. You were hurt and you are doubting yourself right now. That’s the fact. It’s natural for anyone in your situation who trusted someone with their whole heart and got insulted instead, to feel devastated. It’s OKAY! Don’t force yourself to feel something your body isn’t ready to feel yet. For now, acknowledge the feelings, let the emotions pass and state the facts like I’m hurt, I’m thinking about this. Don’t let it turn into a spiral. Always keep in mind that your worth, your personality can never even be put into a box in the first place to ever be judged. Also, if it helps you can write all the heavy thoughts on a paper, and burn it or tear it into pieces. But more than anything, I am so proud that you broke up with him! That is such a great thing. It’s not easy to break up with someone you trusted and loved once. It’s most certainly not. You already took the first step to taking care of yourself. This already proves that you’re not what they all called you. You’re a thoughtful, caring, deeply emotional(a compliment) and beautiful soul. Take it one step at a time. It’ll get better. It will. Trust anything you believe in- god, universe, yourself or any other person. You’ll get through it. I can see that you’re so brave because you’ve survived all of these things. You can do it!
