oh dear worry not. you did what you just thought is good for the bird, it's not your fault the bird couldn't make it. what you did by giving food and water is very thoughtful and im sure the bird is grateful for your help. what you can do next is to keep going despite feeling sorry then keep being helpful, there are things that happen that is not your fault. take care stranger
