Someone once asked...

“I argued with my mom again today and I feel like tbis is the endpoint. I have reached my breaking point, i realise the anxiety I have to come home, my overthinking, reading her every microaction, being worried wjen Im happy that it will go away etc etc. Feels like ive endured years od mental abuse, dont know what to do anymore. I just escape using my ohone, forget, try to move on. How do i convice mt mom to give me freedim tk enjoy my life? I cant understand her logic, perspecgive and dont want to live by her rules. Is there a light at tge end of this tunnel?”

Someone answered with kindness...

I have had same experience with my father. He is a very controlling toxic kind of a guy and gets angry and acts like a kid when something doesn't go his way. But what I can say is, your mother is old enough to understand how the way she is acting and if she is choosing to ignore your feelings and being the way she is, its better you move out. Find some work, earn some money, and live separately on your own terms. You don't deserve such environment but unless you are living under her roof, just expect that she will not stop being toxic this easily.

Hey buddy same situation different time I make my choice years ago don't change others you know how hard is to change itself and then to change another person is hardwork you don't want to go. Disappoint her man and take your life in your hands you will not regret just be accountable for your decisions and go on with your life.
