I am studying med cause it was my fathers dream but i dont want to i wanted to become a soldier but i cant because i think its too late

i know its difficult to wake up and live a life that was chosen for you and while i don't know you exact situation do rule out every possible way to become a soldier first only then come to conclusion that its too late. 
And if it is too late  think about it this way a soldier and doctor both save lives you can still be that beacon you aspired to be because i hope deep down its is that caring nature of yours at play so maybe if this advice holds any meaning to you be a surgeon hell become a neonatal neuro specialist give life or at best a hopeful and better future to kids cheated by life or something even more important that they might be losing  "TIME",
