See i understand totally. No parent is perfect no one is a perfect mother or father everyone has a flaw in them everyone has a red flag in them . They're also humans trying their best . You need to understand there is a huge Generation gap between us and our parents they were raised very differently and had a mindset very different than ours mostly because of the society they were surrounded. So they are that person but we , are born in a completely different society of mature people so at a young age we know what's right what's wrong . our parents treat us the way they were taught and which they think is right but we know what's not . You should have to adjust , try to communicate, and protect ur boundaries as much as you can . Ur family may not change but something in you might calm down . Take time cry aloud overthink BUT only until ur tears fades away after that think logically. Most importantly try having a life outside of ur life school , friends, blah blah which will distract you from ur parents. Trust me it'll help alot💗🫶🏻

i understand. i feel like i cant talk about any of my problems because my home life is fine. whenever my parents ask me a question or walk past my door i tense up and ive hurt my muscles from flinching so bad. they take care of me and im better off than average and they havent abused me. i just have heard such bad family situations that i cant admit my problems because relatively it's perfect. your situation does sound toxic to me.
