Maybe change is what you need. What if this place is not for you? You can't forever sit and adjust and force yourself to belong there when it's not. It's better to be running as you atleast know that one day you'll find the light than get stuck in dark where you can get lost for life.

It's not problem that you are a failure, you said yourself you are A grade topper so the problem is your environment. Simple change job. Remember 'we do jobs to live, we don't live for a job' 😊 trust me change jobs untill you find your people.
