i heard that instead of autistic people being bad at talking that neurotypical people are bad at listening to autistic people. i am autistic and had a speaking disability that i overcame and it is so frustrating that i put in so much effort to talk and then most people barely try. also it might be that they dont understand the feelings and concepts youre talking about and not that your explanation was too autistic. i found people i can talk to and they try to understand. youll also keep getting better at saying things in an understandable for neurotypicals. i hope you find people to talk to soon.
