If you feel anxious, then yeah, it's possible. Why doubt your experience? Don't get caught up in labels and whether or not you fit some criteria for diagnosis. If you want to start therapy, you can absolutely do that even if you don't fit the criteria. What matters is that something's bothering you and your pain deserves attention. I hope you feel better soon!

Yes, of course it could be possible, but don't let that that ruin everything! I live with anxiety too, but I have it under control now. What I'm saying is, even if it is anxiety, you can get it under control and still live a "normal" life. You got this!!!!!

Now explain why anxieties happen: because you have lots of problems running through your head, which doesn't let you do or enjoy your life the way you want to. Your mind is like a jar of dirty water. If you shake it a lot, that water would never be cleaned, and it would be dirty. If you sit for a moment and keep the bottle for a while on the table as still as possible, the particles inside the bottle would settle. On top, you would get the clean water. The same way, if you don't continuously think about your issues, then at some point in time you would feel so relaxed that you would think in a better way. You would focus on the things that are most important to you right now. Explain to me one thing: if there is some problem, there are two possibilities: one that could be answered and another that couldn't be. If there is an answer for it, then why should you worry about it? If you can't answer it, then what's the point of thinking about it every time?
