That is because artificial intelligence is being engineered to outsmart even the smartest humans, and is being continuously trained on their output. Take for instance, my output. I might sound, or even read like an LLM, but I am a real human, my diction, my prose, even my use of em-dashes, such as these -- has been absorbed and copied completely by the machine. We should not feel ashamed that we are behind the machines, but rather in shaking awe that the human genius and collective intellect of our species could produce something rivalling minds of our own.
