“i am having a problem im confused. The girl i loved asked me to change my attitude, personality, and behaviour, and told me that she doesn't have any feelings for me anymore and now we are talking like friends im not liking it and if i change for good should i go bacl to her or should i be alone or start a new relation”

Firstly. I'll have to say why is she asking you to change? Are you toxic? Or behaving like a red flag? If so then yes maybe change yourself if you truly love her but if not then don't change yourself for anyone, there will come a time when someone will accept you as you are. And if she doesn't respect you as a person then I don't think you eeben need to keep her as a friend.
