cry as much and as often as you need to. eat shitty food. take yourself out on solo dates. watch silly movies. it will be worth it in the end.

u tell me pal :') jk.. i find the answer to be the same for managing stress in general, and thats to have multiple support systems, friends if not (chosen) family who you can let loose with... but also atleast a few different hobbies that you revisit every month. a good formula is Create, cavort, consume a creative hobby, like drawing, or writing fanfic, or origami a physical "cavorting" hobby, like taking walks arund the neighborhood to people watch, climbing the trees at the local park, going to the gym, playing tag and a consumption hobby, like reading, watching shows or movies, playing games what about adjusting to college? well different colleges around the world have different cultures that im not all familiar with, but in general, try to (1) make friends, they dont have to be ride-or-die, just people who u can chill or study with, show up to socialise, try to remember names and hobbies, it will be awkward at first but you will eventually find your people (2) try to stay on top of assignments by atleast starting them the week you get them, often, the hardest part is finding the momentum to begin rather than the workflow itself lastly whatever you're doing with your time, try to have it be either productive or enjoyable or both .. doomscrolling just passes the time without you even getting happy chemicals from it... try to enjoy the ride, try to find pleasure in the friction offered by learning new things, take part in activities if the stress is really getting to you, and is affecting your mental health and ability to function, talk to a counselor, therapist or trusted loved one. theres also many hotlines and online resources that you could check out ... hang in there, stranger, and best of luck ! sory if this seems disheveled its lowk 3am and im a bit drunk

Time management and organization are vital in college. Also, focus on sleep and your own health.
